  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery timelines mentioned are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on orders above a certain value.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email.
  • You can use the tracking details to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Delays in Delivery

Style Ocean is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Situations beyond our control

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery-related issues wherever possible.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
  • Style Ocean is not liable for loss of orders due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
  • Any claims for missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, Style Ocean ships only within India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
